1. Brush your teeth as usual.
2. Open the gel bottle.
3. Squeeze out a small strip of gel on the inside of the top and bottom of the shields. It's not that fussy as long as it's mixed and applied.
4. Place the guards on the teeth.
5. Align the bright white transmitter with the shields.
6. Put your lips around the edge to secure.
7. Turn on the power switch on the bright white transmitter.
8. The bright white transmitter turns off automatically after 10 minutes, marking the end of the cycle. To achieve other whitening effects, simply press the power switch again for 10 minutes. You can repeat the cycle 3 times every 30 minutes to achieve best results.

For enhanced whitening, use a teeth whitening device for 30 minutes, once a day for 5 days. Use protection and bright emitters for mouthwash. Separate and reassemble the teeth whitening shields.

Recommendations:

1. If you only want to whiten the teeth above or below, you can carefully separate the guards.
2. It is recommended that you also separate the teeth whitening shields when cleaning.
3. Reconnect them by simply arranging and pressing them together firmly.
4. The first time, you need to take out the battery of the bright white transmitter and remove the protective paper under the two batteries for normal use.
